What is Navidium Shipping Protection?

For a small fee of $4.95, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your package is protected against loss or damage during transit. Dealing with postal carriers for lost or damaged packages can be frustrating. With Navidium Shipping Protection, we take care of everything!

What's Covered?

Lost Packages:
  • Marked "delivered" but delivered to the wrong address.
  • Stuck "in transit" with no updates for an extended period.
  • Declared lost by the carrier.
Damaged Packages:
  • Items damaged during shipping.
  • Missing items due to a package opening in transit.

What's Not Covered?

  • Package Delays: We'll classify packages as "delayed" due to weather or carrier issues.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Packages returned due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
  • Unshipped Orders: Orders or parts of orders that haven't shipped yet.
  • Stolen Packages: Packages stolen after delivery.
  • Previously Replaced/Refunded Orders: Replacements or refunds already issued under Navidium Shipping Protection.
  • Multiple-Piece Products: Replacement/refund for these types of products (mugs, ornaments, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

How to Submit a Claim:

If you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection and need to file a claim, email us at support@musicianstees.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Our support team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Include the following in your email:
  • Subject: "Shipping Protection Claim for order " (find your order number in your confirmation email)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of damage (if applicable)
  • Any other relevant information

What to Expect After Submitting Your Claim

  • Investigation: We will investigate your claim regarding the lost or damaged package.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days to process your claim.
  • Resolution: If approved, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Terms and Conditions

  • Navidium Shipping Protection is optional. However, by opting out, Musician's Tees is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
  • We cannot provide replacements or refunds for packages lost or damaged during transit without shipping protection.
  • Packages may be marked as “delayed” if there are known transit delays in your area.
  • Navidium Shipping Protection is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after shipment.
